EXCHANGES  

We do realize that there are times when exchanges need to be made in relation to colour selection in particular, size and sometimes style choice, as shopping online is a challenge.

When you receive your wig please do not remove the tags until you are 100% happy with the wigs' style and color. If you are not happy with the product for any reason please notify us immediately, within 7-10 days of receipt by email or telephone so that we may start the process to find you a replacement as quickly as possible.  Please make sure we have your returned product back within 14 days of you receiving it. Not all products are eligible for exchange. See our list of Eligible and Ineligible products:

Eligible Products

-Wigs/Pieces/Extensions in original factory condition: unworn, unaltered, No brushing, scent free, with the tags attached and in its original box, wrapping, net, etc.

Ineligible Products

-Costume Wigs (all FINAL SALE)
-Clearence items (items in this section are all FINAL SALE)
- Discountinued items (all FINAL SALE)
-Henry Margu Wigs (all FINAL SALE)
-Accessories: Hair Care Products, Liquids, Wig stands, Comfort Bands, etc.

For ALL exchanges in regards to colour or style changes you will be responsible for shipping charges, i.e. if you select a new wig that is the same price as the first wig you will need to pay the $16.99 shipping, you can opt for Xpress shipping and pay the extra just let us know.

No more than 2 exchanges allowed per order (i.e. if you exchange the wig and you do not like the second wig you may change it 1 more time).

Promotions and Discounts DO NOT apply to Clearance Items, Exchange Items including orders using a credit

If you are not sure at the time what you would like in exchange we can issue you a credit note to use in the future. There credit note has no time limit.
 

REFUNDS 

We currently do not provide REFUNDS - only exchange or store credit with no time limit.
 

CAN I ORDER BY TELEPHONE? 

Yes you can. Just give us a call (the number is on the Contact page) and tell us what you want to order and we can take your credit card payment over the phone. If you get the answering machine just leave us a message with your name & number and we will call you back.
 

CANCELLATIONS 

We do offer a 24hr cooling off period in which you can contact us if you wish to cancel your order. After that your order will be shipped.

CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER IF I LIVE LOCALLY? 

Yes of course. If you live in Ottawa, Ontario please telephone or email us first to arrange a time and we will provide full address details and directions.
