FEDEX - you can select this if you are in Canada or the USA and the delivery time varies for where you are in North America. Ontario is 1 day, most major cities/towns in Canada are 2-3 days. West Coast from our location tends to be 5 days. To most of the USA its 3-5 days.

We do realize that there are times when exchanges need to be made in relation to colour selection in particular, size and sometimes style choice, as shopping online is a challenge.
When you receive your wig please do not remove the tags until you are 100% happy with the wigs' style and color. If you are not happy with the product for any reason please notify us immediately, within 7-10 days of receipt by email or telephone so that we may start the process to find you a replacement as quickly as possible. Not all products are eligible for exchange. See our lits of Eligible and Ineligible products:

-Wigs/Pieces/Extensions in original factory condition: unworn, unaltered, with the tags attached and in its original box, wrapping, net, etc.

For ALL exchanges in regards to colour or style changes you will be responsible for shipping charges, i.e. if you select a new wig that is the same price as the first wig you will need to pay the $12.99 shipping, you can opt for Xpress shipping and pay the extra just let us know.
No more than 2 exchanges allowed per order (i.e. if you exchange the wig and you do not like the second wig you may change it 1 more time).
Promotions and Voucher Codes do not apply to exchange items
If you are not sure at the time what you would like in exchange we can issue you a credit note to use in the future. There is no time limit on the credit note.
REFUNDS TOP
Due to the hygienic nature of wigs & hair pieces and the manufacturer's and our other suppliers policies - refunds are not possible.
CAN I ORDER BY TELEPHONE? TOP
Yes you can. Just give us a call (the number is on the Contact page) and tell us what you want to order and we can take your credit card payment over the phone. If you get the answering machine just leave us a message with your name & number and we will call you back.
CANCELLATIONS TOP
We do offer a 24hr cooling off period in which you can contact us if you wish to cancel your order. After that your order will be shipped.
CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER IF I LIVE LOCALLY? TOP
Yes of course. If you live in Ottawa, Ontario please telephone or email us first to arrange a time and we will provide full address details and directions. You are also welcome to make an appointment to try on wigs, we do carry a fairly wide selection of wigs in stock from most of the brands.
