If you live in Canada, shipping is done by Canada Post Expedited service and is guaranteed 2-7 days. Although is often closer to 2-4 days.
If you live in the USA you order will be sent by Canada Post USA Airmail. This can take 5-12 business days (business days are Mon-Fri).
If you live outside North America your order will be sent by Canada Post International Small packet and this can take 7-14 business days.
If you need your order very quickly please select Xpress shipping and your order will be guaranteed delivery in 1-2 days for Canada and 3-5 days for the USA - this also includes a tracking number. We use Canada Post Xpresspost & Fedex shipping for both Canada & USA.
RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY TOP
Gorgeous Hair provides customers the opportunity to return and exchange any product they purchase. Due to the hygienic nature of wigs & hair pieces and our manufacturer's and our other suppliers policies refunds are not possible if the wig has been worn, tags removed, etc. (you will find this is the policy with all online wig stores, we are not unique in this policy). There are however exceptional circumstances such as size and defects. If you do require a refund the wig must be unworn, still in its original packing, tags attached and there will be a $10 re-stocking fee. Finding you an exchange wig will be our first course of action.
We do realize that there are times when changes need to be made
in relation to color selection in particular and sometimes style choice.
When you receive your order please do not remove the tags until you are 100% happy with the wigs' style and color. If you are not happy with the product for any reason please notify us immediately by email or telephone so that we may start the process to find you a replacement as quickly as possible. For ALL exchanges in regards to color or style changes you will be responsible for shipping charges. For exchanges made due to defects we will cover the shipping charges once it is confirmed the item is defective upon inspection.
